Skin care by naila asks our clients to please give us a 48 hour notice when cancellation or rescheduling to avoid being charged for half of your appointment price. If you do not show up to your appointment without proper notice, you will be charged 100% of your service and cannot rebook until payment is completed.
Deposit Policy
Skin care by naila requires a $50 deposit on all appointments valued at over that amount. The deposit is nonrefundable, however, can be applied at the end of your service to the appointment price or moved to your following appointment. Clients are able to reschedule their appointment up to two times before a new deposit is required.
return Policy
Skin care by naila does not accept any returns, and all sales are final on all products and treatments. If you have a faulty product container, please contact us at skincarebynaila@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will exchange that for you in person.
